Delivery Time
Most publications are usually dispatched within 48 hours. You will be advised, usually by email, should a publication be out of stock or have a longer delivery time.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are generally accepted at the discretion of Hamilton Technical Press, and must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Returns must arrive back at Hamilton Technical Press in "as new" condition to qualify for a refund. The cost of returning the goods must be paid for by the customer.
Shortages
Claims for shortages must be made within 14 days of delivery.
